It can be that either you 'User Name' is incorrect or your 'Password'. Retype carefully and see if that works. If have not regitered on the 'Heath Advice Hub website yet click Register other wise try and login or rest your password at the Login page

On the left side Menu click on the Audio or Visual link. Then select if you want to open a excisting playlist or create new playlist. Now you can either upload a audo/visual file to 'Shared' or 'Private' folder. You can only load the following file types. Audio: mp3 | Image: jpg | Video/movie: mp4
You cannot upload a file size larger that 200mb
