Image & Video Rules & Specifications

    This is not a site to load photos/pictures or videos that you like or for someone else to get. This is not a social media platform or used as a transfer platform.
    We will not tolerate any in-appropriate images to be loaded on this site. Action will be taken against any person(s) that do/does not adhere to this.
  • Purpose of Images and Videos
    The purpose should be the closest to the end result that you want to attain.
    This applies to both images and videos. Videos are handy to see, for example, how you run a 5km (displayed in a few seconds), while images are handy for body shape, house, car or a holiday destination etc.
    It must be clear. Do not try to attain a more than one goal in an image. Rather make an image per goal. Your brain will respond easier and quicker to a clear goal even though it sees several different goals.
  • Images
    Image Size: 1920(w) x 1080(h) @ 150ppi (max 400ppi)
    Accepted format: JPG
    File size: must not exceed 2MB per image
    This will automatically be scaled to fit the phone being used but simultaneously allows the use of a phone with excellent quality whilst no loss for making it too small.
  • VR Mask: The mask is a PNG image so that you can just place it over your image so that it is correct for the VR. Move and resize image as needed so it can be clearly seen in one of the two sides. Always make two images that you have one with your image on each side. Have a look at the samples lower down the screen.

  • Videos
    The VR Mask does not have to be used for the video
    Video Size: 1920(w) x 1080(h)
    Accepted format: MP4

The VR-Mask is used to place over you image as in the examples in the tabs. It also help as a guide to make sure that your image is positioned correctly in one of the blocks.

Dream Car. This is an sample of a car you might want. This one you will see that it is in both block. We use this when we create a audio sound for this image. [This service is available from Health Advice Hub]

Body Shape. Here you see a sample of how you might want to look. If you are a guy we would advice you to use a male insted. Just joking. Find a image that looks the way you want to look.


You can also see that we used words. Use words that says how you would feel looking like this. Do not use long sentnces to describe. Keep it as short as possible.
