You further understand that that the Quantum Matrix Information device is not a medical diagnosis but merely detects any imbalances within the 256 testing points. Moreover, you voluntarily accept all responsibility for the use and application of all frequencies generated by our systems.
You, the user understands that any product purchased is subject to Health2WealthSA return policy as set out. All returns are subject to obtaining an authorization number from customer service via email to support@healthadvicehub.com

Investment Guarantee
We know that cell functions adjust to new vibrational indoctrination over a period (of time) and therefor the user must use the device daily to have noticeable results. Some results are more evident within shorter periods than others. If a client does not feel any benefit after continuous use, the client must contact the offices to ensure that he/she is using it correctly and that the treatment program is sufficient with the correct medical information provided.
Refund Policy
CellQuicken affords the client a 7 day money back guarantee. This is within 7 days of intial purchase and payment. 30 % is deducted for admin costs and service charges. A 40% deduction on paybacks is applied within 90 days of purchase.

Warranty
The base unit of the RoyalVibe has a 5 (five) year Warranty
The QMI has a 1 (one) year Warranty
This is a carry-in warranty and any transport/courier costs will be for the clients’ account. CellQuicken also takes no responsibility for any damages incurred as a result of courier transporting.
Exclusions
Any damage due to power spike, dropping, physical damage and/or other neglect and manhandling.
Leagoo Cellphone and Shinecon VR glasses carry the original manufacturer warranty and/or return policies. Health2WealthSA, CellQuicken and its subsidiaries are not liable for operations and/or maintenance of said equipment.
